In The Demo Room		 The mixture of silver plus 1% gold* has proven itself excellently as capacitor fi lm for the MCap® Supreme Silver/Gold series. The resulting sound is so impressive that it was only natural to think of using this alloy for the internal wiring of electronic devices. Listening tests with individually isolated conductors quickly proved that silver/gold shows its superior strengths every bit as convincingly in this application as well. Purity and elegance are the terms that automatically lend themselves to this exquisite material. We offer the silver/gold wire in various diameters and insulated in PTFE. In The Demo Room		 Listening tests with two slightly twisted, individually insulated wires, each with a diameter of 1.5 mm (this is equivalent to a cross section of 2 x 1.77 mm²) quickly make sure that we can now offer loudspeakercable also with silver/gold alloy.
Instruments and voices diversely display their typical tones in a fi nely marked spectrum of tonal nuances. Fascinatingly lively, the music presents itself as a precisely positioned and peaceful reproduction, for the listener fully detached from the technology of the music appliance. Good live performances so often lead to ‘goose bumps’.
We offer the solid core cable in mass-produced lengths of 0.5 to 5.0 meters. There are versions with bare cable ends, with banana plugs made of gold-coated beryllium copper and y-plugs made of OFC-Copper.
As the distance between the hi-fi amplifi ers and the transformer systems grows, so do the losses in detail and dynamic of the expensively processed music signal due to physical causes. The deep tone range is indeed proportionally more acutely affected by this than the middle and high tone range, although even in that range an effective compensation for loss is, in the end, only possible over an appropriately large crosssection of the supply.
Our silver/gold speaker cable design concept offers the user, with its 3 different design variations, the necessary fl exibility to satisfy this situation in an affordable way while also being orientated towards the future at the same time: Be it the increase in quality of the system components or the modifi ed set-up of the hi-fi appliance. In both cases the installation of more silver/gold cables will ensure that the high quality of the music reproduction that the user is used to is maintained or increased further by means of bi-wiring or bi-amping.
This multiple 1.5 mm silver/gold wire design concept offers the passionate music lover both quality as well as economically ultimate variations to the same degree. This has been correspondingly proven in carefully arranged sound tests.
